EVA + Pressure Sensitive (EVA + PSA) Hot Melt Compounds

Our company can produce advanced hot melt formulations in 12 and 43 mm diameter stick formats. These combine EVA polymers with permanent Pressure Sensitive adhesives, thus ensuring high holding even on surfaces that are not apparently bondable.

These adhesive compounds ensure durable bonding over time and can withstand various chemical and physical stresses. Once the glue is applied, the setting time ranges from 7 to 15 seconds, while the open time can reach 40/60 seconds. The combination of EVA adhesives with PSA adhesives therefore allows for a very high degree of adhesion and tackiness, making it possible to bond surfaces considered non-bondable. EVA + “Pressure Sensitive” compounds are widely used in various industrial sectors: bonding wood and metals, assembling plastic materials, bonding plastic-coated supports in paper converting, bonding cement and bricks in construction, etc.

The high-quality characteristics of this particular glue allow it to provide excellent adhesive performance even if the materials are subjected to very high pressures and tensions.

The EVA component of the compound allows these adhesives to have greater heat resistance compared to pure adhesives, thus expanding the range of possible applications.
